I turned into a dragon today and shot fiery flames at the Apple Store at Arden Mall, Sacramento, to Comcast and Apple Tech Supports.
I bought my first iPad after Apple Store assured me that I would walk out with a working iPad. After purchase, I sat with an Apple staff member. To every question I asked, she pointed to the printed instructions and said, “It’s there, read it.” Grrr. I wouldn’t have asked if I understood the text. Finally another person came along and took the iPhone in her hands.
She couldn’t help me with my Comcast account; sent me out saying, “It’s a Comcast problem, you need to call them.” “But, but”, I said, “this info is from my iPhone so it ought to work here.”
I called Comcast…5 times!!!! because I got cut off on hold, was given a wrong number and kept getting messages to call again.
I was finally told, “It’s an Apple problem.”
I called Apple and was sent to three different people, each one asking for the serial number. I had to ask one person to slow down because I couldn’t understand her.
I hung up on the Apple person, took the iPad back to the Apple Store and got a refund. Spoke to the manager and left. Will shop elsewhere.
